How and when will I know if I've won?

We will contact the winners using an email address with the Shokz suffix after 17 June. So please keep an eye on the email you provided. However, please note that we will not contact winners or request any banking or payment information through non-Shokz email addresses.

If I win, what's the deadline for claiming the prize?

Please respond to the Shokz email within 5 business days of receipt to follow the prize claiming instructions. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Can I select the color of the OpenRun Pro 2 I desire?

The product color and Shokz merch will be randomly chosen by Shokz.
