1. Organizer

Confirmation of Eligibility:

Real-Time Stock Verification: Gift availability will be confirmed at the time of payment.

Out-of-Stock Handling:
If the gift is out of stock, it will not be included in the order.

Final Confirmation:
The final order (including any applicable gifts) will be based on the cart contents at the time payment is successfully completed

Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
