How long can I receive the parcel after a successful paid?

Generally, the orders will be processed within 2 business days.
A final confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you once shipping out. During the promotion and public holidays, there will be some delays to shipping products.

Packages would be delivered by Startrack and AusPost randomly, and the designated courier isn't supported at the moment.

What should I do when the parcel was marked as delivered while I didn't receive it?
