How long will it take to receive my order after payment?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please note that order processing may take longer during major promotional periods or public holidays.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics conditions.

Which courier services are available?

Packages will be delivered by AusPost via standard shipping. Specific carrier requests are not supported at this time, and we do not currently offer expedited delivery services for urgent orders.

How much is the shipping fee?

Orders placed on shokz.com.au are eligible for free standard shipping.

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?

If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been delayed for a significant period, please contact our customer service team here and provide your order number.
We will investigate the status with our warehouse and the shipping carrier. Once the loss or delay is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.
