How long will it take to receive my order after payment?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please note that order processing may take longer during major promotional periods or public holidays.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer two shipping options:
● Standard Delivery – AUD 9.95 (Free for orders over AUD 80).
Orders are usually delivered within 2–9 business days after shipping.
● Express Delivery – AUD 14.95
Orders are usually delivered within 1–4 business days after shipping. Please note that express delivery is currently available for mainland Australia only.

What should I do if I haven't received my parcel?
If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, or if it has been delayed for a significant period, please contact our customer service team here and provide your order number.
We will investigate the status with our warehouse and the shipping carrier. Once the loss or delay is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement shipment for you.
