1. Organizer
The Shokz Daily Sign Up & Win (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand .
3. How to Participate
There is one free way to enter the Event. The Event is open to new Shokz email subscribers only. To participate, entrants (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from 19 October 2026 and 8 November 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
4. Event Details
●Prize Pool
The following prizes are available in the random draw:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) gift box featuring grey OpenFit 2+;
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz tote bag;
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz visor;
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz drawstring bag;
All eligible participants will receive one (1) 10% discount code. This discount is not valid for OpenFit Pro, OpenFit Air 2, OpenRun Air 2, OpenDots 2, OpenDots Air, refurbished items, or accessories.
●Drawing / Odds:
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
●Winner Notification:
Potential winners will be notified by email on 13 November, 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
●Acceptance:
Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. This includes cases where the email address provided is incorrect or where the notification email is filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the Participant.
Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

Prize Delivery: 20 November, 2026 – 27 November, 2026
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Event, contacting winners, delivering prizes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
