The 44th edition of the Gold Coast Marathon 2024 is a splendid festival for marathon enthusiasts, and Shokz is thrilled to have been the official headphone partner. During this grand event, Shokz not only presented an impressive booth but also sent a team of professional runners who completed the entire race with Shokz headphones on, indulging in the harmony of sports, sunshine, and music.

Biggest ever GCM , Shokz add BGM

Gold Coast Marathon presented by ASICS is a world class international marathon, also one of the biggest marathon held in Australia. This year, Gold Coast Marathon have attracted over 30,000 participants of all ages and abilities from around the world, which is record breaking.

Across eight races, Gold Coast Marathon includes the ASICS Gold Coast Marathon, CPL Wheelchair Marathon, Half Marathon, Southern Cross University 10km Run, CPL Wheelchair 10km, Gold Coast Airport 5km, 4km Wheelchair, Gold Coast Bulletin 4km Junior Dash and Gold Coast Bulletin 2km Junior Dash.

As part of the partnership, Shokz had this opportunity to be part of the marathon expo. The Shokz booth was abuzz with excitement, as visitors were amazed by the immersive acoustic experience of the cutting-edge open-ear bone conduction headphones.

Additionally, onlookers marveled at the OpenSwim Pro, elegantly submerged in the water tank, and posed for photos alongside life-sized standees of star athletes. This engaging and entertaining experience was Shokz's gift to the GCM community.
