1. Organizer
The Shokz Launch Campaign (the “Campaign”) consists of 3 promotional activities: the Reveal Your Lucky Card, the First Hour Free Express Delivery and the Exclusive Launch Gift Offer. All 3 activities are organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
● Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry
● Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
A. Reveal Your Lucky Card
There is one free way to enter. Participants must complete the online Lucky Card reveal activity between 28 August 2026 and 2 September 2026 and submit a valid email address.
Participants are limited to one entry for the Lucky Draw. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, or any other methods will void the entry and may result in disqualification.
B. First Hour Free Express Delivery
To qualify for the First Hour Free Express Delivery offer, participants must place a valid order including a new release (OpenRun Air 2 or OpenFit Air 2) between 3 September 2026, 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM AEST. Eligible orders will receive free Express Delivery, valued at A$14.95.
Only one offer redemption applies per order. Orders placed outside the promotional period, or orders that do not include a new release, will not qualify for this offer.
C. Exclusive Launch Gift Offer
From 3 September 2026 to 2 October 2026, customers who purchase a qualifying Shokz product may receive one complimentary gift, subject to availability and checkout confirmation. Gift options vary by product model and colour. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
4. Activity Description
A. Reveal Your Lucky Card
Choose Your Favourite New Shokz Launch
Participants must choose one (1) prize pool by selecting their favourite new Shokz launch from the following options: OpenRun Air 2 or OpenFit Air 2, and submit a valid email address during the Entry Period. Each participant may select only one prize pool and submit one entry only.
Participants who choose OpenRun Air 2 will be entered into the OpenRun Air 2 Prize Pool. Participants who choose OpenFit Air 2 will be entered into the OpenFit Air 2 Prize Pool. Prize pools are separate, and entrants may not enter both prize pools.
Reveal Your Lucky Card
After submitting a valid email address and selecting a prize pool, participants will complete the online Lucky Card activity corresponding to their selected prize pool during the Entry Period.
Participants are limited to one entry for the Lucky Draw. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, or any other methods will void all such entries and may result in disqualification.

●3rd Prize: 5 winners to each receive one (1) A$50 LSKD Gift Card
Drawing
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
Announcement of Winners
Winners will be notified via email on 4 September 2026, which will also specify the details of prize delivery or redemption. Winners will be required to complete the information form accessed through the email link so that Shokz can arrange prize fulfilment.
The A$50 ASICS Digital Gift Card and the A$50 LSKD Gift Card are subject to the applicable terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and redemption conditions of ASICS and LSKD. ASICS and LSKD are not sponsors or administrators of the Campaign unless expressly stated.
For the avoidance of doubt, any headphones awarded as prizes in the Lucky Draw are not covered by Shokz’s commercial warranty, except where required due to logistical issues or applicable law.
Acceptance
Winners will be required to respond to the notification email and complete the required information within 7 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, their entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
Timeline

Prizes are not redeemable for cash or alternative prizes. Shipping costs for physical prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the colour, model variation, or other specifications of any physical prize unless expressly stated. The actual item received shall prevail.
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty, redemption, use, or fulfilment of third-party prizes, including but not limited to ASICS Digital Gift Cards and LSKD Gift Cards, except where required by applicable law.
B. First Hour Free Express Delivery
The First Hour Free Express Delivery offer is available only for eligible orders placed between 3 September 2026, 12:00 AM and 1:00 AM AEST. To qualify, the order must include OpenRun Air 2 or OpenFit Air 2. Eligible Express Delivery will be automatically added at checkout at no additional cost, with a value of A$14.95.
This offer applies once per order and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or amended so that it no longer meets the eligibility requirements, the offer shall be voided.
The offer is subject to product availability, delivery eligibility, and standard shipping terms. Shokz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time where reasonably necessary.
C. Exclusive Launch Gift Offer
Offer period: 3 September 2026 — 2 October 2026
During the offer period, customers who purchase a qualifying Shokz product may receive one complimentary gift, subject to availability and checkout confirmation. Gift options vary by product model and colour as follows:
Each qualifying purchase of OpenRun Air 2 will receive one (1) Shokz Drawstring Bag, and each qualifying purchase of OpenFit Air 2 will receive one (1) Shokz Tote Bag.
One (1) complimentary gift is provided per qualifying product unit purchased, which must be selected and confirmed at checkout. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Complimentary gifts and additional benefits are non-transferable, not for resale, not redeemable for cash, and may be withdrawn or required to be returned if the qualifying product is returned, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of entry administration, winner notification, prize delivery or redemption, order fulfilment, marketing messages and other purposes necessary for the operation of the Campaign, in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.Participants can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the relevant communication.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shokz is not responsible for any costs, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Campaign or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including any transportation, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Shokz may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign where necessary due to events beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to their prize.

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
