1. Organizer
The ''Spin the Record & Win Exclusive Prize'' promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
There is one free way to enter the Event. To participate, entrants (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from 14 September 2026 to 21 September 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
4. Event Details
●Prize Pool
The following prizes are available in the random draw:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) 2026 Nike Melbourne Marathon Festival Race Entry. The race category (3km, 5km, or Marathon) will be randomly allocated and cannot be selected or changed by the winner.
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) OpenRun Pro 2 Kipchoge Co-branded Edition - Hand-Signed by Eliud Kipchoge.
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Canvas Bag.
●Drawing / Odds:
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
●Winner Notification:
Potential winners will be notified by email between 14 September 2026 and 22 September 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
●Acceptance:
Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. This includes cases where the email address provided is incorrect or where the notification email is filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the Participant.
Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

Winner Notification: 14 September 2026 – 22 September 2026
Acceptance Deadline: 29 September 2026
Prize Delivery: By 14 October 2026
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of administering the Event, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and marketing, in accordance with Shokz’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by Participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, Participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages, or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event and/or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death, or property damage.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with the receipt of a prize.

By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
