1. Organizer
The “Black Friday Preheat Lucky Draw” promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of the Australia.
3. How to Participate

There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from November 10th 2025 to November 17th 2025.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event
4. Event Description
Event: Black Friday Preheat Lucky Draw
● Raffle Prize pools:
[5] winners will each receive one (1) OpenRun Pro2, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
[50] winners will each receive one (1) $ 20 coupon for extra Saving, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
[80% of participants are winners] will each receive one (1) $10 coupon for extra Saving, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email which also will specify the details of the prize delivery by Shokz on 【November 17th】(the """"Notification"""")
● Acceptance:
The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days; (“Acceptance”)If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.
● Timeline:
■ Entry: November 10th 2025 - November 17th 2025
■ Selection and Announcement: November 17th 2025
■ Notification: November 17th 2025 , Reply before November 23th 2025
■ Prize delivery: November 24th 2025 - November 31th 2025
All rewards will be distributed subject to the Notification and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative prizes.The shipping cost of the prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail. Shokz is not responsible for the warranty of the all elements of the Prize except for the Shokz’s own headphones. The coupon can only be redeemed once.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6.Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.

By participating in the Event, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
