Organizer The “Plinko Earphones Giveaway Lucky Game” promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).

How to Participate Event: Plinko Earphones Giveaway Lucky Game There is one free way to enter: People who enter the game (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from March 9th 2026 to March 15th 2026 . Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will void their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event

● Raffle Prize pools:
[3] winners will each receive one (1)OpenFit 2+ Grey Gift Box, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
[2] winners will each receive one (1)Salomon $300 Coupon, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
[50] winners will each receive one (1)Shokz Running Belt, redeemable through the Shokz AU website.
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: Potential winner will be notified via email which also will specify the details of the prize delivery by Shokz on 【 March 16th 2026】(the "Notification")
● Acceptance: The winner will be required to respond to the Notification email within 7 Calendar days; (“Acceptance”)If the potential winner fails to respond to the email Notification (any reasons including the email is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible, or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.

Liability Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants. Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage. The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
