1. Organizer
The ''Unlock Your EOFY Reward'' promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand .
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Unlock Your EOFY Reward
There is one free way to enter the Event. To participate, entrants (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from June 11, 2026 to June 17, 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
Event 2: Buy More, Save More
Customers who place an eligible order through the Shokz AU website during the Promotion Period may receive the applicable order discount on qualifying purchases, subject to the terms set out below.
Event 3: EOFY Day 1 Exclusive - Win a Free Marathon Ticket
Customers who purchase any eligible Shokz product through the Shokz AU website on June 18, 2026 will receive an email from Shokz containing a participation form.
To enter the lucky draw, eligible customers must complete and submit the form in the email. Only customers who complete and submit the form will be entered into the lucky draw.
Each eligible customer is limited to one (1) entry for this event.
4. Event Details
(1) Event 1: Unlock Your EOFY Reward
●Prize Pool
The following prizes are available in the random draw:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Insta360 GO Ultra Standard Bundle.
Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) OpenFit 2+ Gift Box.
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Spotify Premium 3-Month Membership.
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Gift Bag.
●Minimum Guaranteed Offer
Eligible Participants who are not selected as winners of any prize in the random draw, including First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize, or Fourth Prize, will receive one (1) extra A$10 off voucher, subject to the Organizer’s applicable redemption terms.
The A$10 off voucher is valid for use only from 18 June 2026 to 1 July 2026. The voucher may only be applied to orders containing one or more of the following eligible products: OpenRun Pro 2, OpenFit 2+, OpenDots ONE, OpenRun, OpenFit Air, OpenMove, OpenComm 2 2025 Upgrade UC, and OpenComm 2 2025 Upgrade.
If an Eligible Participant receives the A$10 off voucher, the voucher code will be displayed immediately on the campaign page, and the Participant will also receive an email notification shortly thereafter.
Each Eligible Participant is entitled to receive either a prize from the random draw or the extra A$10 off voucher, but not both.
●Drawing / Odds:
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
●Winner Notification:
Potential winners will be notified by email on June 23, 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
●Acceptance:
Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. This includes cases where the email address provided is incorrect or where the notification email is filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the Participant.
Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

(2) Event 2:Buy More, Save More
● Discount Tiers:
Customers who place an eligible order through the Shokz AU website during the Promotion Period may receive the following order discount on qualifying purchases:
Spend A$300, save A$30
Spend A$400, save A$50
Spend A$500, save A$60
Only the highest applicable discount tier will apply to each eligible order.
● Eligible Order Requirement:
To be eligible for the Buy More, Save More discount, an order must include at least one eligible headphone product.
For the purposes of this event, “eligible headphone product” means any of the following products: OpenRun Pro 2, OpenFit 2+, OpenDots ONE, OpenRun, OpenFit Air, OpenMove, OpenComm 2 2025 Upgrade UC, and OpenComm 2 2025 Upgrade.
● Exclusions:
OpenSwim Pro and OpenFit Pro are excluded from this event and will not qualify for, or count toward, the spend thresholds.
● Calculation of Qualifying Spend:
Qualifying spend is calculated based on the subtotal of eligible products after any product-level discounts have been applied, but before shipping fees and before any additional discount codes, coupons, vouchers, or other promotional discounts are applied.
● Application of Other Discounts:
Any other discount codes, coupons, vouchers, or promotional offers will be applied after the Buy More, Save More discount has been deducted.
● Partial Refunds / Returns:
If an order is partially refunded or partially returned, the applicable Buy More, Save More discount will be recalculated based on the total discounted value of the remaining eligible products after the refund or return.
If the remaining eligible order value no longer qualifies for the originally applied discount tier, the discount will be adjusted to the appropriate tier based on the updated order value. Any excess discount previously applied may be deducted from the refund amount or otherwise adjusted by the Organizer.

(3) Event 3: EOFY Day 1 Exclusive - Win a Free Marathon Ticket
● Prize Pool
One (1) winner will receive one (1) ASICS Gold Coast Marathon ticket.
The ASICS Gold Coast Marathon ticket is subject to the event organizer’s terms and conditions, eligibility requirements, registration deadlines and availability. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals, insurance, spending money or any other incidental costs unless expressly stated. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
● Eligibility
To remain eligible for this promotion, the qualifying purchase must be completed on 18 June, 2026 and retained in accordance with Shokz’s return and refund policy.
Customers who cancel, return or receive a refund for the qualifying order before the prize is issued may be deemed ineligible and may forfeit their entry or prize entitlement.
If a prize has already been issued and the qualifying order is later refunded, cancelled, charged back or found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, Shokz reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the prize to the extent permitted by law.
● Drawing / Odds:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for this event.
No additional fee is charged to enter the draw, and the price of eligible products is not increased for the purposes of this promotion.
● Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified by email within one (1) week after June 18, 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
● Acceptance:
The winner must respond to the notification email within the timeframe specified in the email.
If the potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Event, contacting winners, delivering prizes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
