The "Spend More. Win Big Tiered Gift Promotion" (the "Event") is organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").

Customers who place an order on the official website during the promotion period are eligible to receive exclusive gifts according to their spending thresholds.

Gift Tiers:
Tier 1: Spend $ 140-$ 200 → Receive 1 Cooling Towel
Tier 2: Spend $ 200-$ 290 → Receive Explorer Set 【Cooling Towel ×1, Hiking Hat ×1】
Tier 3: Spend over >$ 290 → Receive Adventurer Set 【Cooling Towel ×1, Hiking Hat ×1, Gym Bag ×1】
Rules:
Customers will be assigned the gift corresponding to the highest threshold they reach.
If the gift in the eligible tier is out of stock, the system will automatically downgrade to the nearest available tier gift.
Gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
Confirmation of Eligibility:
Cart Display: Eligible gifts will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout when the spending threshold is met.
Real-Time Stock Verification: At the moment of payment, the system will confirm available gift stock.
Out-of-Stock Handling:
If the gift for the qualified tier is unavailable, the system will automatically assign a lower-tier gift that is still in stock.
If all gifts are out of stock, no gift will be included.
Final Confirmation: The final order—including any applicable gifts—will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.
5.Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact ,delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
6.Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
