A: We will contact the winners using an email address with the Shokz suffix on April 8th. So please keep an eye on the email you provided. However, please note that we will not contact winners or request any banking or payment information through non-Shokz email addresses.
Q2: If I win entries for the Gold Coast Marathon, can I choose the race I want to participate in?
A: Yes, you have the flexibility to select your preferred race; kindly visit the Gold Coast Marathon official website for more information of all the races.
Q3: How do I redeem the Gold Coast Marathon entries?
A: Shokz will contact the winners and furnish the winners with comprehensive instructions to obtain the electronic tickets.
Q4: If I win the giveaway, what's the deadline for claiming the prize?
A: Please respond to the Shokz email within 5 days of receipt to follow the prize claiming instructions. Failure to respond by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize.
Q5: Can I select the color of the OpenRun Pro I desire?
A: The color and size of the products dispatched will be randomly chosen by Shokz.
