1. Organizer
The " Win Prime Day exclusive gift " (the "Event") are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;Participants must be legal residents of The Commonwealth of Australia.

There's only a free entry: People who place order on products on promotion through Shokz official website via this link from July 8, 2025 to July 14 have the chance to get 1 exclusive Sports Headband and 1 Dupont paper bag.
4. Event Description
Event 1: Win Prime Day exclusive gift
● Raffle Prize pools:280 winners whose priority orders placed between 8 July, 2025 and 14 July will have the chance to grab 1 exclusive Sports Headband and 1 Dupont paper bag.
● Drawing/Odds: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to first-come, first-served basis.
● Confirmation of Winning Eligibility：Exclusive gifts will be displayed in the shopping cart or checkout screen, if not, please refresh the shopping cart or checkout screen, the final eligibility of the gift is based on actual sequence of the orders.

The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.
