1. Organizer
The Shokz Launch Campaign (the “Campaign”) consists of two promotional activities: the Catch You Luck Clip Lucky Draw and the Gift-with-Purchase Offer. Both activities are organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Campaign is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
A. Catch You Luck Clip Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter. Participants must complete the online drawing activity between 16 July 2026 and 23 July 2026 and submit a valid email address. Participants are limited to one entry for the Lucky Draw. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, email addresses, or any other methods will void the entry and may result in disqualification.
B. Gift-with-Purchase Offer
From 23 July 2026 to 23 August 2026, customers who purchase a qualifying Shokz product may receive one complimentary gift, subject to availability and checkout confirmation. Gift options vary by product model and colour and may include either a Shokz Clip-On Earbud Carrying Case or a Shokz Earbuds Accessory. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Customers who purchase OpenDots 2 will also receive Shokz Care – Extra 1 Year in addition to the selected complimentary gift, subject to the applicable Shokz Care terms and conditions.
4. Activity Description
A. Catch You Luck Clip Lucky Draw

Prize pool:
- 1st Prize: 3 winners to each receive one Shokz OpenDots 2
- 2nd Prize: 3 winners to each receive one AUD $100 LSKD E-Gift Card
- 3rd Prize: 15 winners to each receive one month of Spotify Premium
- 4th Prize: all other eligible participants who do not receive a 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, or 3rd Prize will each receive one AUD $15 Off Coupon. The coupon can only be used on the new OpenDots 2 and OpenDots Air.
Drawing
Winners will be selected by a random draw after the Entry Period closes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Campaign.
Announcement of Winners
Winners will be notified via email on 24 July 2026, which will also specify the details of prize delivery or redemption.
Winners of the AUD $100 LSKD E-Gift Card and the one-month Spotify Premium prize will receive the relevant prize or redemption instructions by email. These third-party prizes are subject to the applicable terms, eligibility requirements, availability, and redemption conditions of LSKD and Spotify. LSKD and Spotify are not sponsors or administrators of the Campaign unless expressly stated.
All eligible participants who do not receive a 1st Prize, 2nd Prize, or 3rd Prize will receive one AUD $15 Off Coupon. The coupon is non-transferable, not for resale, not redeemable for cash, and subject to the usage, eligible product, expiry, and redemption conditions stated in the coupon email or on the Campaign page.
Acceptance
Winners will be required to respond to the notification email within 7 calendar days. If a potential winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, their entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner.

- Prize delivery or redemption: for reference only, subject to actual logistics or digital fulfilment timeframe
Prizes are not redeemable for cash or alternative prizes. Shipping costs for physical prizes will be covered by Shokz. Shokz does not guarantee the colour, model variation, or other specifications of any physical prize unless expressly stated. The actual item received shall prevail.
Shokz is not responsible for the warranty, redemption, use, or fulfilment of third-party prizes, including but not limited to LSKD E-Gift Cards and Spotify Premium, except where required by applicable law.
B. Gift-with-Purchase Offer
Offer period: 23 July 2026 — 23 August 2026
During the offer period, customers who purchase a qualifying Shokz product may receive one complimentary gift, subject to availability and checkout confirmation. Gift options vary by product model and colour as follows:
- If you buy OpenDots 2 in Black or Grey, you can get one Shokz Clip-On Earbud Carrying Case in Black or one Shokz Earbuds Accessory in Pianokeys for free. You will also get Shokz Care – Extra 1 Year for free.
- If you buy OpenDots 2 in White, you can get one Shokz Clip-On Earbud Carrying Case in White or one Shokz Earbuds Accessory in Nacre for free. You will also get Shokz Care – Extra 1 Year for free.
- If you buy OpenDots Air in Black, you can get one Shokz Clip-On Earbud Carrying Case in Black or one Shokz Earbuds Accessory in Lilac for free.
- If you buy OpenDots Air in Light Purple, you can get one Shokz Clip-On Earbud Carrying Case in White or one Shokz Earbuds Accessory in Lilac for free.
Each qualifying purchase is eligible for one complimentary gift only, which must be selected and confirmed at checkout. Gifts are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. Qualifying OpenDots 2 purchases will also include Shokz Care – Extra 1 Year, subject to the applicable Shokz Care terms and conditions. Complimentary gifts and additional benefits are non-transferable, not for resale, not redeemable for cash, and may be withdrawn or required to be returned if the qualifying product is returned, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed for the purposes of entry administration, winner notification, prize delivery or redemption, order fulfilment, marketing messages and other purposes necessary for the operation of the Campaign, in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Participants can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions in the relevant communication.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shokz is not responsible for any costs, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Campaign or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize, including any transportation, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
Shokz may modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign where necessary due to events beyond its reasonable control, subject to applicable laws and any required regulatory approval.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights, guarantees, remedies, or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to their prize.

By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
