1. Promoter
The “She Runs with Shokz Online Giveaway” (the “Online Promotion”) is organised by Shokz (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
The Online Promotion is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and are legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
This Online Promotion is separate from any in-person event or offline activity associated with “She Runs with Shokz”.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address through the online giveaway pop-up on the Shokz AU website between 26 October and 8 November 2026.
No purchase or attendance at any offline event is necessary.
Each participant may enter once only. Multiple entries submitted using different identities, email addresses or other methods may be disqualified.
4. Prizes and Timeline
Prizes:
- Five (5) Exclusive Collaboration Gift Packs, each including a co-branded tote bag and sticker set featuring Shokz, She Runs and Women’s Health.
- Three (3) A$50 lululemon Gift Cards.
Timeline:
- Entry: 26 October–8 November 2026
- Instant Draw: Potential winners will be selected through an instant random draw upon entry.
- Notification: Potential winners will be notified by email within two weeks after the Online Promotion closes.
- Acceptance: Winners must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification.
- Delivery: Prizes will be dispatched within four weeks after the winner responds and completes the claim process.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The lululemon Gift Card is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.
Prizes will be delivered to valid addresses in Australia or New Zealand.
5. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose of contact, delivery of Prize and further marketing purposes, in accordance with its privacy policy and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Online Promotion in case of unforeseen circumstances. By participating in this Online Promotion, participants and winners release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action with respect to or arising out of participation in the Online Promotion, and/or the receipt or use or misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable country, federal, state and local taxes, including taxes imposed on their income.
