1. Organizer
The "2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Lucky Draw" ," Marathon Season Lucky Draw" and "Marathon Season Special Offer" events are organized by Shokz (the "Organizer").
Each event may hereinafter individually be referred to as the “Event” and collectively as the “Events”.
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: The 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter: People who enter the drawing (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address through the Email Sign-up Form on Shokz Official Website from August 16, 2025 to August 20, 2025.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple or different identities, or any other methods, will avoid their entry and may result in disqualification from the Event.
Event 2: Marathon Season Lucky Draw
Purchase Entry: Customers who purchase Sport Headphones or Open-Ear TWS Earbuds on the Shokz Official Website during the specified period will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Event 3: Marathon Season Special Offer
Purchase Entry: Customers who purchase Sport Headphones or Open-Ear TWS Earbuds on the Shokz Official Website during the specified period will have the opportunity to receive an exclusive Kipchoge × The 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS co-branded cowbell, subject to availability. In addition to the cowbell offer,
For Event 2 and Event 3, only one (1) entry per account is permitted. Multiple purchases under the same account will not increase the chances of winning. Only completed purchases for eligible products will be considered valid entries. Canceled or refunded orders will be disqualified.
4. Event Description
Event 1: The 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Lucky Draw
● Raffle Prize pools:
(1) 1st Prize: OpenRun Pro 2 Kipchoge Co-branded Edition (5 Winners)
(2) 2nd Prize: OpenRun Black (10 Winners)
(3) 3rd Prize: Kipchoge and The 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS co-branded cowbell (30 Winners)
● Drawing/Odds: All potential winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the Event.
● Announcement of winners: The 45 winners will be announced on the website on August 21, 2025, and contacted by email. (the "Notification")
● Acceptance&Claim the prize:
○ The prize winners will be required to (1)respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links within 7 Calendar days; and (2)if the potential winner fails to respond to the Notification email or fill the prize claim links (any reasons including the email address is incorrect or has been identified as a marketing email and blocked by the participants' side). Within the date and time indicated in the Notification, or is found to be ineligible,or if he/she does not comply with the T&Cs, such potential winner and his/her entry will be disqualified. Shokz does not provide an alternate prize winner. Upon response or filling the prize claim links, the prize is expected to be delivered within 2 weeks, all subject to the actual logistics timeframe.

Event 2：Marathon Season Lucky Draw

(2) 1st Prize: Kipchoge Signed Race Vest (5 Winners)
(3) 2nd Prize: Running Belt (20 Winners)
(4) 3rd Prize: Cooling Tower (30 Winners)
● Drawing/Odds: Winners will be randomly selected. The probability of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received.
● Announcement of Winners: The list of 56 total winners will be announced on the official website on September 1, 2025, and all winners will be notified via email ("Notification").
● Acceptance&Claim the prize:

Event 3：Marathon Season Special Gift
● Prize : The first 500 priority orders placed on Shokz Official Website between August 21, 2025 and August 31, 2025 will receive the Kipchoge x 2025 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Cowbell as a special offer gift.
● Rules: Gifts will be distributed sequentially in the order in which the orders are placed, and stock is limited to first-come, first-served basis.
● Confirmation of Winning Eligibility:
■Gift Added to Cart: When you add an eligible headphone case gift, it appears in your shopping cart and on the checkout page.
■ Real-Time Availability Check: At the moment you attempt payment, we verify gift stock.
■ Out-of-Stock Handling:
ꔷ If the case is no longer available at payment time, the transaction will be blocked and you won’t be able to complete payment.
ꔷ The headphone case gift will then be automatically removed from your cart.
■ Proceeding with Checkout: After the gift is removed, simply retry checkout to complete your purchase with the remaining items
■ Final Confirmation: Your final order—including any gifts—will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.
5. Additional Rules
(1) Participants must ensure that the email address submitted is valid and accurate. Failing to comply may result in missing the prize notification or delivery.
(2) Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the distribution of a prize, Shokz reserves the right to provide an equivalent alternative prize. All prizes and gifts are designated by Shokz and, except for headphones, are not covered by shokz returns or warranties outside of quality and logistical issues.Shokz does not guarantee the color or size of the prize, and the actual item received shall prevail.
(3) If the event is affected by force majeure or changes in regulatory policies, Shokz reserves the right to modify or terminate the event at its discretion.
(4)For the event "Marathon Season Special Gift", the complementary cowbell for orders placed in the first week will be shipped separately from the product,and its delivery time will be 3-5 days.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purpose outlined in the questionnaire and for organizing and managing the Event and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating, attendees agree to the use of their image and name for promotional purposes related to the Event, without additional compensation.
7. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Events, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
