1. Organizer
The ''Shokz OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition Early Bird'' promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry;
- Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Marathon Season Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter the Event. To participate, entrants (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from 3 August, 2026 to 27 August, 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
Event 2: Marathon-exclusive OpenRun Pro 2 Early Bird
To be eligible for this promotion, customers must purchase the OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition during the period from 3 August 2026 to 9 August 2026 and keep the order without any return or refund.
The winner will be selected at random. The winning customer will be notified by email, and the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
4. Event Details
(1) Event 1: Marathon Season Lucky Draw
Prize Pool
- One (1) winner will receive one (1) OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition.
- Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Gift Bag.
- Thirty (30) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Drawstring Bag.
Drawing / Odds
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email on 31 August, 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
Acceptance
Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. This includes cases where the email address provided is incorrect or where the notification email is filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the Participant.
Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

(2) Event 2: Marathon-exclusive OpenRun Pro 2 Early Bird
Free Order Lucky Draw Entry
Customers who place a qualifying order during the Entry Period will automatically be entered into the lucky draw for a free order. After the Entry Period ends, one winner will be randomly selected from among customers who purchased the OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition during the Entry Period (3 August 2026 – 9 August 2026). The selected winner will receive an email notification, and the full order amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment account.
Exclusive Marathon Gear Gift
Customers who purchase the OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition during the promotion period will receive an Exclusive Marathon Gear gift set, which includes:
- 1 marathon cowbell
- 1 Shokz running belt
- 1 Shokz drawstring bag
The total value of the gift set is AUD 90.
The gift will be automatically added to the cart when the eligible product is added. During the period from 3 August 2026 to 9 August 2026, the gift will be provided free of charge at checkout. The gift will be shipped together with the earphones or separately, depending on logistics arrangements.
Free Laser Engraving at the TCS Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS
Customers who purchase the OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition through the Australian official website may bring the product to the Shokz booth at the TCS Sydney Marathon Running Show presented by ASICS and present proof of online purchase to enjoy a free laser engraving service on site.

5. Return & refund policy
OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition is excluded from Shokz’s voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee and change-of-mind return policy. Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law will not be accepted. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Shipping Policy
OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition is typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number. Please note that order processing may take longer during major promotional periods or public holidays. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Event, contacting winners, delivering prizes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.

By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
