1. Organizer
The ''Shokz Marathon Season Sale 2026'' promotion (the “Event”) is organized by Shokz (the “Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Event is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry; Participants must be legal residents of Australia or New Zealand.
3. How to Participate
Event 1: Marathon Season Lucky Draw
There is one free way to enter the Event. To participate, entrants (“Participants”) must submit a valid email address from 3 August, 2026 to 27 August, 2026.
Participants are limited to one (1) entry for the Event. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple email addresses, identities, or any other methods may result in disqualification.
Event 2: Marathon Season Sale Promotion Gift Giveaway
Customers who place an order for selected headphone products on the official Shokz AU website during the Marathon Season Sale Promotion Period may be eligible to receive an exclusive gift. Please refer to the Event Details for the applicable eligible products, requirements, and conditions.
4. Event Details
(1) Event 1: Marathon Season Lucky Draw
●Prize Pool
The following prizes are available in the random draw:
- One (1) winner will receive one (1) OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition.
- Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Gift Bag.
- Thirty (30) winners will each receive one (1) Shokz Drawstring Bag.
●Drawing / Odds:
All prize winners will be selected in a random drawing. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Event period.
●Winner Notification:
Potential winners will be notified by email on 31 August, 2026. The notification email will include details regarding prize confirmation and delivery.
●Acceptance:
Winners must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.
If a potential winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is found to be ineligible, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, that winner may be disqualified. This includes cases where the email address provided is incorrect or where the notification email is filtered, blocked, or otherwise not received by the Participant.
Shokz is not obligated to select an alternate winner unless otherwise required by law.

- Purchase 1 OpenRun→ Receive 1 Marathon Cowbel (Value:A$30);
- Purchase 1 OpenFit 2+→ Receive 1 Marathon Cowbel (Value:A$30);
● Rules:
The purchase must include headphones to be eligible for the gift.
Gifts are limited in quantity, available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
● Confirmation of Eligibility:
Cart Display: When the conditions to receive a gift are met, the gift will appear in your shopping cart and at checkout.
Real-Time Stock Verification: At the time of payment, the system will confirm the available gift stock.
Out-of-Stock Handling:
If the gift is out of stock, no gift will be included.
Final Confirmation: The final order (including any applicable gifts) will be based on the contents of your cart at the moment payment is successfully processed.
5. Return & refund policy
This limited-edition collaboration product is excluded from Shokz’s voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee and change-of-mind return policy. Returns or exchanges due to change of mind, personal preference, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law will not be accepted. This does not limit any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Shipping Policy
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Please note that order processing may take longer during major promotional periods or public holidays.
Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and local logistics conditions.
OpenRun Pro 2 TCS Sydney Marathon presented by ASICS Co-Branded Edition is typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
Participants’ personal data will be collected and processed solely for the purposes of administering the Event, contacting winners, delivering prizes and for marketing purposes, in accordance with Shokz’s privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
8. Liability
Shokz shall not be held responsible for any transportation, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants.
Shokz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in this Event, Participants and winner release Shokz from any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of participation in the Event, and/or the receipt or use/misuse of any prize awarded, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, death or property damage.
The winner is solely responsible for all applicable countries, federal, state, and local taxes, including taxes imposed on his/her income.

By participating in the Event, Participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
