My shipping order sat in pending for 2 weeks. I chased up why but was given the tracking info again. Yeah I know that, was asking why it hadn't shipped? Again response was BS telling me international shipments take longer to reach their destination - no s**t Sherlock but my question as to why it still hadn't shipped wasn't answered and then by magic my order finally left the warehouse the next day. Don't try and cover up simple mistakes, be honest with your customers. Asked to do this survey but my Shokz are still in transit so you get my customer feedback on my dealings so far.
